Gearing up for Portland...

Noah and his mother will soon be going to visit Grandma and Grandpa in Portland.  As of now, the forecast there isn't exactly ideal...  well, not for normal people.  For an 18-month-old boy, it might just be perfect, though.  Michigan gave Noah a little bit of a sneak peek of what likely lies in store for him out west:
