Independence Day 2013 - Noah loves parades, so our first event of the day was, of course, the Oak Park Parade!
This was not his first parade, but every time he gets more into them. This time was his first parade where he took an interest in collecting the candy being thrown out. This was his first parade where he realized if he yelled "Hi!!!" loudly enough, the people might look at him and wave to him. And this was the parade where he boogied down the most.
